452 miles were constructed, mostly taking wrecked chunks of the existing wall and building them up to modern standards (these were done first, since the original wall segments had been built where they were most needed, which mostly hasn't changed). He did that, the wall that is there is highly effective when there is a competent president in office.

But the idiot who stole the election and can't get through a sizable sentence without referring to notes prepared by staff, is in never-never land and would rather watch these kids die than to have to admit what a fuck up it was.
