You do, however, agree that CRT is being taught to teachers. Through NEA leadership studies as well as at more than 200 colleges and universities -- where these people will end up as k-12 teachers. Naturally, this becomes part of the curriculum over time -- just as it did with race, generally, and with sex ed, and has with other topics that crowd out important stuff.
It isn't "fear" of what will be taught. It is more a concern of avoiding indoctrination and focusing on those things that will give children better opportunities in life. The term "Critical Race Theory" is allegedly about "equity and justice", and I'd like for one person to make a cogent argument for teaching this either to k-12 students, or to the NEA (teaching the NEA of course, has a sole objective in mind, which is convey information to the k-12 students they teach; if not that, then the material is irrelevant and should be shut out at the door).
Your argument is, in effect, "They aren't teaching it yet, so don't sweat it; wait until they start."
This woman understands the issue, and that it is already seeping into some schools. Only about a minute of video and worth listening to. (You can overlook the fact that DeSantis identified as such and just focus on the content).
