If you mean testing an engineered virus via leaks or on human beings, or whatever, then you are painting a very bleak picture for China, for the evidence is 99.9% irrefutable that the virus was engineered and escaped through documented faulty lab that the US State Department was very, very concerned about.
Where does 'testing' fit in?
