(but right on for pete) please contact this person Considered by many to be the driving force behind Stargate, Cecilia Dean has been developing a specialized crisis response training model which can be used to respond to traumatized UFO experiencers (abductees and contactees). This model is being designed to train trainers in crisis response techniques at a time that UFO related information is escalating worldwide and contactee experiences are being reported in greater numbers. With other volunteers, she has established a Contactee Crisis Hotline at 520-388-8591.
