(OTCBB: AGTI - news) today announced that completion of the previously announced Licensing Agreement with Bingo Technologies Corporation (BTC) is proceeding as planned. The completion date of February 2, 1998 has been rescheduled to on or before February 15, 1998, as the previously agreed upon date was determined to be too tight to adequately complete all the details and facilitate the hand-over of the Company's United States operations. However, as of February 2, 1998, BTC has commenced the management of the Company's U.S. operation and arranged funding for installation of pending orders of AGT's MAX(PLUS)/Turbo(MAX) line of the MAX Bingo Systems.
