Perhaps George now believes that HC is not as efficient as either ZEN or ZEN shareholders would like it to be?
I have watched numerous innovations sit idle on HC desks for months and even years as they seem to take their sweet time in actually producing what would be considered productive work.

I have, over the years come to the conclusion that HC is a front for other peoples work. So if FDA has not approved something, they will not approve either. If FDA decides something should be removed from the shelves, then suddenly HC makes the same conclusions.

I quite realize that they would say they are understaffed and over worked even if they were not. So the net result has always been procrastinate until someone else does the work for you then pretend you spent hours over a hot stove preparing the same conclusion.

The rather interesting thing is, if a company tries to pressure HC, they will either backburner them or use it as an excuse to demand further work. Further work allows them to re-backburner till they feel like looking at the file.

So in the end, ZenGuard could be approved through "Magic" soon, or be as long as another year so they can observe other inks in other countries and see their results of their approvals before doing a thing.

My guess is HC will not approve ZenGuard soon, because it was HC that identified the Graphene Issue, and does not want to look like they over reacted. Best way to look like you did not over react, when you did, is in depth study it, far far too long, to give the impression of amazing work/competence.
