Pugs I whole heartedly agree with you here even though I rarely agree with you elsewhere. I feel only a greater power than those of us on this earth has the right to take a life. I feel no compassion for a murderer but it is just not up to us to kill them. One argument that some try to use is that it is less costly to put them to death than to keep them in jail for life. Well I also assume that everyone agrees that a lengthy appeal process is proper to ensure that a mistake is not made. Due to this it cost three times as much to put someone to death than to put them in jail for 40 years. Joe
