Based on the stock's kick today, you have to think that at least some people think SIMOX wafers are used in IBM's 1000 MHZ CPU. If this is true, this would be quite a commercial breakthrough for IBIS.

The earnings pre-announcement suggests that IBIS is going to be run differently now. Dr. Ryding did a good job developing the technology and now they look like they are clearing the books (hopefully) and looking to go full commercial.
