Just checked it out. DRAM prices affect SMOD's revenues so revenues might be in-line or below estimates. They have a pass-thru on DRAM's which makes the stock more volatile than it should be. DRAM prices were weak last quarter so ASP's were weak resulting in lower revenues. However, it doesn't affect margins much. More imporatnt to margins is product mix and % of biz that was services vs. product sales. Since DRAM prices are now up sharply off the last qtr average (which are used to calculate revenues), the revenue outlook for next quarter looks good. Net net, slight upside in earnings this qtr and a blowout next qtr. I am a buyer on weakness.
