The Afghan asylum seekers could not help themselves, outrage should be reserved for the people (gate-keepers) that let the asylum seekers into the general population.

This happened in Washington D.C. in January when gate-keepers waived normal clearance concerns and let law abiding citizens wander around a government building. You certainly can't blame normal law abiding citizens that have been dumbed down over the years to the level of compliant cows for their own actions.
