Aharoni's earlier business difficulties occurred over 13 years ago. Hey Pink, are you going to hang your short on the fact that a man in his 30's attempted to build a business and failed? Do you also believe that John Elway should have quit after his first Super Bowl defeat, or maybe during high school upon throwing his first interception. So what if the man is not exactly a choir boy, neither are the people America puts into the White House for the past 200 years, nor most of the "gentlemen" running companies that trade publicly. The artlicle had a tabloid flavor and may have been induced by a disgruntled creditor hoping to recover some money. So what?

Your libelous attempts to manipulate investors with this article is really stretching the limits of relevance. Montgomery Securities, Vinik Capital Managment, Value Line Capital Management, 3 other mutual funds as listed in IBD, and a host of other recognizable firms own positions after doing their due diligence. Maybe they should consult with a Wall St. player such as yourself, since you know more than they do.

Thus far, the company's balance sheet and market action has proven your take on this stock to be WRONG! Maybe the world will come to its collective senses and begin to see things through pink rose colored glasses.

Leprechaun powers. g :) I enjoyed this remark and although stout is not on the menu, a Jamieson whiskey with a Harp lager sounds pretty good. You ought to have a libation yourself from time to time. Recent studies show that it tends to reduce the negative effects of stress, increase one's cheer, and enhance your ability to trade the market. In any event, it will give you something better to do than to try and manipulate smaller stocks like ACRT with exaggerated and inaccurate charges.

But what about this BVI "shell company", as you refer to it? IR says that over $5 million in financing has already been run through it. As I begin my due diligence on it, I know that your unbiased opinion will shed great light upon this subject: what can you substantiate, and how have you come by your information? I hope that you will not find these questions too difficult to provide full and accurate responses to.

To date, your reasons for shorting this stock seem pretty thin and speculative. Only reason apparent for your short is based upon valuation that can be construed as high due to P/E and trading at about 8x book value. Then again, based upon growth rate of earnings, which are not disputed, the stock could actually trade to a much higher P/E and still be within the limits of this market's valuation parameters.

By the way, the company is very forthcoming about their method of booking TAD's face value as gross revenue. After all, this is their product, right? And furthermore, the company points to a margin of about 7% on their TAD's as a relevant number to help investors understand the company's innovative business. Expansion and marketing underway. Expect continued growth. Hate to see a good short get squeezed like a lemon and then crushed like a bug. Cover now or get wasted. I think that I will make enough on this trade to send you a case of Jamieson to help drown your sorrows.

I look forward to your prompt response to this BVI issue and any other "better" reasons that you can conjure up for supporting your short position.
