Then you see my point on keeping it simple. That is the major problem with your web site...pardon me for saying this...but the site is the 'Jack of All Trades, and the Master of None'.

Not what I would expect from a 'leader' in e-Commerce. You could do some simple, or major changes to your site, cutting off the incomming traffic looking for online services and point them into the hands of your 'Bank Customers'.

Quicken.com is getting to be a pretty popular site...when a web surfer hits the link there that they have for your service, and starts looking for online banks in their area....It's a fricken maze at best. Personally I would bet you are getting a lot of lookers but no takers.

What your competitor has done....and if I was one of their 'Financial Institution customers.....I would really appreciate them for going the extra mile to make my Bank simple to find, and get hooked up with.

You are not competing per say...you are just making it one heck of a lot easier on everybody. One of the reasons you guys are so attractive to me is you are basing your future on the web, so use the web to build your business and that of your banking customers.

Your marketing approach with the banks is a good idea...but if you can't do it because of your 'trusted' relationships thing...then get Intuit pointed in that direction. That my friend is one hell'of a site they are running over there. Be lucky that is not on Yahoo!, and it is on InfoSuck!

Use web power to build this thing, along with direct relationships with the Banks & the links to Quicken/Money and other PFM software.
