The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that GTEC Holdings Ltd. has changed its name to Avant Brands Inc. According to the TSX, the company's common shares and warrants will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX under the new name at the open on July 12, 2021. There will be 199,429,386 shares and 28.75 million warrants issued and outstanding, and 62,483,045 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol AVNT, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 05353D 10 3, and the warrants will trade under the symbol AVNT.WT, in Canadian dollars and under Cusip No. 05353D 11 1.
