This would be a concern if CIST were trading above $1.50. Remember IL-1 is not currently in the price of CIST. We have 60 cents a share in cash. The current market value of our shares is 16 cents. Does anyone like making multiples on their money? Someone sure does. Heavy accumulation the last couple of days.
