in the meantime, almost like instant replay, the news flow is not-positive in Thailand w/r to Alpha and Delta, and who can know what other alphabet(s) where my buddy is holed up, in Koh Samui, and given testing and tracking, apparently much worse than at same time 2020, but of course might actually be much better, as we simply do not know whether historically CoVid was tracked with diligence.
The authorities everywhere actually should test, vaccinate, and track, but most locations just vaccinate and haven't a clue what might be happening without mandatory testing
