In three years, NO WAY.

The car companies are talking a good ESG talk, but the walk will be much slower. Europe will lead in small geography countries.

Where will all the electricity come from - that's a heck of a build out in three to four years.

IATL = IT ALWAYS TAKES LONGER!

That is also to say that 70% of their cars will be more expensive.

I'm a doubter.
