Chief; They have no case, but they have a position they have paid for. I suspect they will get re-imbursed in some way, and that is why the delay. It is not so easy to give PDG anything as they lost several court cases and were put on notice by the government and by KRY and they cannot plead ignorance in any form. It looks like they tried to act like General Bullmoose and ram rod their way. They got bit. Teach them a lesson. There are many good people in PDG, and they are generally a good company. I suspect they followed someones advice, and it was bad, and now they are down. Bill
