My question is whether the Delta variant is actually a bigger threat to kids. I've read articles that sure suggest it, but it makes me wonder whether it is part of an effort to get kids vaccinated.

I saw one today that said eight kids were hospitalized, two on "life support" in Mississippi. That could be anyone where in Mississippi, and there are large areas without major hospitals, so who knows what that means.
