The company's sales rose 28% to $13.29 billion in the second quarter.

In local currency, Taiwan Semi's sales increased 19.8% year over year while earnings rose 11.2%.

For the third quarter, Taiwan Semi forecast revenue of $14.6 billion to $14.9 billion.

I find it sort of hard to understand how TSM is operating at maximum capacity and yet will have a more than 10% sequential jump in quarterly revenues. Shouldn't we expect revenues to be roughly flat sequentially if TSMC is operating at their maximum capacity in both quarters?
