Blomberg had an interview from Today with First Liberty (never heard of them, but anyway). This guy Parchewsky's picks for 1998 were Dell, CPQ, CTS and none other than JBIL. Stated that CTS broke out a little while ago and JBIL broke out yesterday. He is looking for 30% gains from here for both CTS and JBIL. That's a price target of about the mid 50's.
