I watched that the other day, maybe so, maybe not. What bothers me about presentations like this is the 62% number, seems very specific. He has 10,000 patients he's tested for heart problems (pre and post vaccination) and 6,200 of them had problems where none existed before? His explanation of the cause and so on seems reasonable but it's easy to sound reasonable in front of an ignorant audience (me).
