when driving the last 3 weeks to day hikes, I observe out-of-state drivers who are the dominant traffic on the 2-lane roads heading toward Jackson Hole, WY region using the route from Salt Lake City are driving 15 to 20 mph over the speed limit, in spite of large agricultural equipment making sudden entrances onto the two-lane roads ... there is nothing but farms occupying the land between Ririe, ID and Swan Valley, ID on the route to Jackson Hole, WY ... the farm equipment travels on the 2-lane road when leaving or returning to the equipment parking area
