There should be an actual fuel filter. Injectors clog easier than the old carburetor jets so they need better filtering. Most filters are on the frame rail under the car. Some right under the driver's door, some in front of the rear axle. Those are most common areas but again, I don't work on many Toyotas so not sure. I think the only stuff I've done on Toyotas is brakes, CV joints, tie rods/ball joints and timing belts/water pumps.
