No, I don't. Making a better version of you make is not disrupting/obsoleting yourself. Imagine being a railroad tycoon some 200 years ago. You'd travel with your personal train and mayors would greet you at the station to give you the key to their city. But no matter how much money you poured into R&D to make better trains, you'd never retain that top position because cars and airplanes would disrupt you and you'd be toast.
