Yes, Fauci sending his insane gain of function research to China(hiding it from review) was a PLAN.
Gain of function research has many legit uses. It's not intended to weaponize viruses.

But nooooo, according to you Fauci PLANNED on weaponizing the coronavirus, and he PLANNED on releasing it and spreading it across the world.

Of course, according to you said "weaponized virus" is no harmful than seasonal flu, but don't let that contradiction get in the way of your conspiracy theory ...
