Bull,

There was no hyping of this stock. There is no buy signal now, nor
was in l997. The accumulation theory is based on interpretation
by me only.

Jack Marr would naturally be optimistic since he is a key principal
and his insider trading of 20,000 I don't think was meant to
influence any investors to buy stock in the firm. So why did he
make this trade?

Remember when Kaiser recommended Agate Bay as a buy in 1996, investors
purchased on that advice, including me. Now price is below 10 cents
and he says to avoid. Following his advice investors have lost a lot
of money.

In the end, it is buyer beware. What VSE requirement is Agate Bay
failing to meet? What does Jack Marr plan to do about it?

I will contact the officials at VSE this week and see what is going
on. Will get back with information if possible.
