Block dollar amounts have been net out.
~4 million shares traded yet price is essentially flat.
Block selling is being offset by small buying. GIMB indicates
net $2MM out on block trades between 10,000 and 1MM on 1,482,000
blocked shares.

You can have a price increase while block flow is out.
The point is that it's an indication of where the big blocks are
moving in relation to the small buying and selling.

You can even have big institutions buying small to keep the bid up while selling big blocks into it.
