Bull, The accumulation theory is based upon my interpretation only. Currently, there is no buy signal nor was there any in 1997. Kaiser recommended the stock in l996 and I purchased on that recommendation. Now the stock in below 10 cents and he says to sell. Based on that I have lost money. On what did Kaiser, with all his experience base his buy decision? At that he knew financing was not arranged, copper prices were falling, and had a general feel for the market. I will contact the officials at the VSE this week to ascertain which requirement Agate Bay is failing to meet. I will then phone Jack Marr to see what he plans to do. Thanks Leonas Labenskas
