yes, good advise. I think emotions are difficult to hold. Interesting you say that. I weathered some of the COVID sell off, by looking what was under the hood and reminding myself, but for others I panicked out. I guess that is why in a major sell off I have to learn to do the opposite. Are there any tricks you use or simply say to walk away a for a bit or what? Thanks
