My observation is that some minority owned banks are chronically undervalued. Another minority bank I own is MFBP.

I mentioned several regional banks I own in this post in response to Madharry who said:

" there is almost no advantage to having a local bank anymore"

The only one I dont currently own is CVCY, which moved up very nicely since my purchase and I sold thinking I would catch it on a pullback -- but as often happens -- no such luck. (worked well for CZBS)
