Basically because we lack a Feasability Study and mine site plan the CPTAQ wants to see where we intend on setting up the site and the area "exactly" it occupies so they have requested that when the site plan is complete, they want a to be given first review so that it conforms with either the area as drawn, or there understanding of the area, that we are requesting access too, for a mine.
The FS will be a surveyed plan showing CPTAQ where everything goes and they obviously will not give blanket approval to clear cutting, so they with CCB will determine what is cut, what top soil is removed etc.

So the "Incompleteness of the Submission some are working the room with" is specific surveyed areas showing exactly where things go. Interestingly a company would be out of their mind to spend the money on an FS if they were going to be turned down for the permit. Also CPTAQ would never give a blanket OK to allow clear cut, so supervision is now the way of the future.

So the supervised tree cutting and soil removal approval we have now received allows infill drilling if necessary, and actual survey of where all these items (buildings, leach plant, pit edges etc) start and finish.

We should get an NR with CCBs opinion on this, but that is mine.
