2016 we were part of the Pre 2017 mining law rules and regs. Pre 2017 an average CPTAQ submission took less than 4 months.
In 2017 we came under the new Mining law. Our submission to CPTAQ in 2017 was hijacked by GSLR passing a fraudulent bylaw changing the zoning of the Miller project. That bylaw although not approved by Argentuill, was sent directly to CPTAQ, where CPTAQ assumed we were no longer conforming and closed our file. It then took 2 years and a multimillion dollar lawsuit to get GSLR to finally admit the bylaw never applied and they reversed it. Miller is once again in a Mining area, or did you forget about that part? GoodolBoy?
