I agree... "good news" is what we need. SO....what we need here (on or before Feb. 15th) is the COMPLETE picture of what this deal with BTC "REALLY" means to AGTI and its shareholders.. WE NEED ALOT MORE DETAILS. We need to see how this deal will ultimately make AGTI profitable and in a stronger position. If the news we get describes this.. The stock will go up quite a bit..... Also, we need to hear about Sega (when was the last ime we heard ANYTHING! about this?) and other developments with max-lite.. By the way how is max-lite going to be handled at this point? Do we have a sales force to sell Max-lite ???!!!! Come on guys.. WE NEED MORE COMPLETE INFO, HERE... let us have it! and sooner rather than later... I mean is this co. going to thrive now that it has some financing or what??? also what are we going to use the 1.5 million for at this point? If BTC has taken over the U.S> operations, then this 1.5 million should not be "chewed up" by anything other than making this co. profitable..PERIOD...
