When I read his rollercoaster analogy I also sort of wondered - geez the time you want to get on is after the thing has already dipped - in this case he notes it is already down 50% - so I'm not sure what he is waiting for. By the way, this guy is one of the few that is saying expenditures will actually decline in 1998 from 1997 levels - even Merrill says it will be even or up 5%. You are right, it will be nice to be crammed down into the seat. I don't think we will have to wait too long, the upturn will occur before summer is out if not before IMO. Best - Joe
