It IS more than possible to have a short squeeze with 10 mil float! You forgot that we are about to start a share buyback which will take 3 million of those float shares out of the equation. That leaves 7 mil shares total available to be bought to cover. That's 60 % of the outstanding float that has to be bought to cover the short. OUCHEE!
