No reasons for SUNW to buy NSCP. SUNW is Unix house. NSCP is software house, multi-platform. I see ORCL better fit for NSCP due to data house, and multi-platform just like NSCP. Imagine if you are SUNW CEO, what do you do with NSCP after buying it. I see no added values. My 2 cents.
