Looks like a small cap blowout is in the making. Russell 2000 outperforming strongly today after lagging badly in the early phase of this rally. Russell 2000 could easily jump 10-20% over the next 4-6 weeks. On a less happy note, small cap blowouts are usually followed by steep market declines as occurred last fall.
