Mohan, I usually buy CEFs in either halfs or thirds. In this case, it was halves. Thanks for your input on India. My only counter to this is that it is the same story all the International fund managers are telling now. A few months back they were buying India with both fists. Now they are pulling out the 75 cents they have left of their dollar. I like to buck their trend with at least a 1/3 position, and this time I am doing it with a half. I respect your local knowledge, but I respect the ability of the intl. managers to screw up even more. -g- Good luck, MB
