TransNet (OTCBB:TRNT) - TRNT has just sent out a Press Release this
afternoon announcing that " pursuant to the decision of a Nasdaq Listing
Qualifications Panel, its common stock has been deleted from The Nasdaq
Stock Market."

The release goes on to state that "The cited cause of the delisting was
the Company's failure to hold its shareholder meeting (currently called
for March 12, 1998) prior to January 31, 1998."

There is clearly more to this than meets the eye. I have a call into
Steve Wilk, the company's president. However, I do not expect him to
return this call, since he has not returned any of my calls in the last
several months.
