Chris,

The fact that Alcatel was able to offer a complete
solution USING DMT says volumes about the CAP camp
assertions that CAP was alot cheaper. Using your point,
its obvious that DMT is cheap enough to make it the
cheapest end to end solution. Very significant for AMTX
and other DMT cos like ORCTF
