Just a note on the rockin' Bay Area economy- I've been calling landscape architects- they're booked out until December- some aren't taking new clients. Painters? If you can get one, they're booked out months. Landscapers? 2/3 months out. And don't try to get fencing done by any reputable guys- there are, however, a lot of fake companies going around trying to profit off the shortage of labor and the high demand (totally unqualified folks with no license and no insurance- basically folks like the Travelers.) House prices have skyrocketed- seems like everywhere in N. California. I'd guess people may be pulling money our of their houses and spending it- remortgaging at these lows.
