Hi AJ,

I seldom bad mouth a company.

But here I go.

UPS is just such a crap company.

Our UPS driver refuses to go down our driveway of 880 feet. It takes him too long to make the delivery.

Instead he leaves all of our packages out on the highway, underneath our mailbox for any and all to see them. If it is raining he does put the item in a garbage bag. He left a rug under a tree on our driveway when it was raining and it got soaked. We called and complain about his poor service. They do nothing about it.

Just last week I ordered some parts which were delivered to my address. A week later the shipping company got an additional 32.00 charge in the shipping, because they had to change the address to another address. An address I've never received another package at?!

They are a poor service and pad the bill, BS kind of delivery service.

I suspect many shippers are refusing their service and they are getting their due.

Another great company destroyed by union limitations screwing up the business model.

Our service from Fedex is excellent, and they have to deliver heavy packages of cat litter. <smile>
