Bought a little Praegitzer this week.

Replaced the shares I sold last fall and then some. I am interested in the impact of the Malaysian facility. They have never released the terms of this deal. I'm hoping they reveal the terms in the soon to be released 10Q for the quarter they just reported in late January.

Did anyone listen to the conference call? What did they say about Malaysia deal and ramp-up? I wonder if fear they overpaid has hurt the stock lately.

Also the company filed to issue 1.18M shares in a secondary last November(check filing on SEC Edgar), with a lot of insiders filing to sell some shares. Does anyone know if the secondary has come yet, and what price it came at? Based on the latest earnings report, the number of shares out increased by about 800k, and given they usually use a weighted average share total, it is possible that the secondary was completed. But I can't find a confirmation in the company reports. The secondary could still be out there hanging over the market. They anticipate a price in the low-13s when they filed, then the market went punk, and they may have shelved the offering.

This could explain the lack of volume in this stock. Institutions could be waiting for the secondary to finish. I'm guessing it went, though.
