I agree.

Today I spent over $240.00 bucks shipping rare and insured ($8000) chrome trim to a chrome shop in Nashville Tennessee. It cost me 8 bucks more to use FEDEX. The guy looked so confused, as I said let's go Fedex for a bit more - I hate UPS. Told him the story about the pric who drops our shipments out at our mail box on a busy road for hours.

On a rainy day, he dropped a rug from overstock.com under a mulberry tree along our driveway. It got soaked and we reported his shitty service (pardon my language). We've complained twice to the company.

When he's on vacation young kids drive down our driveway and deliver things to our house like they are supposed to do so.

They are a union company and the union protects the poorest performers, the demise of the entire operation.

I'll pay for quality performance gladly.

They are in decline as far as I'm concerned.

My shipper company told me I had a driver problem. He was correct.

But UPS has a driver problem and they choose to do nothing about it - They have a customer satisfaction problem, and by me refusing to use their service even at a lower price, they have a growth problem.

Enough said. No time discussing losers. IMO

I am like the most forgiving guy there is. I seldom cop an attitude, but when I do, it is forever.
