Any BDI holders out there, I beg you to reconsider joining the class action suit. The story is here: biz.yahoo.com The reason, class action lawsuit is just an easy money making opportunity for the lawyer using the ignorant shareholders as plaintiff. There are many examples of how a class action suit is totally worthless from shareholders standpoint. The bottom line is when all the bills are paid, the shareholders typically get 1%, I repeat, 1%, of the agreed upon settled amount. That is if you are lucky. I was very lucky in the Verifone class actio suit in the early 90's. I got a puny 1.2% of my alloted compensation. LT - feel free to step in here.
