Ya, don't get me started, this company could do much better with different leadership.

Micromanagers are very bad for growth.

I bailed on a trip to LA because of the "variant" and he was fine with it. I just didn't want to go, fly out in the afternoon, spend day at supplier and red eye home. Not my idea of fun.
