Lord, every time you think you're out, they pull you back in. Let me try one more time. But this is really the last time I try to educate you guys ... promise. You quote (and agree with) the 'singed one' as follows:

The CVG is a government agency! Who are they going to sue, the MEM? Lord but you guys are clueless.

Therefore the problem is not with Placer Dome, it is with the MEM and they are a government branch. Therefore the government of Venezuela is at fault. Why is everyone attacking Placer Dome? They are the victims not KRY.

PDG as victim. Now there's a heart breaker for you! If any of you guys had listened to me and done your homework, you would have learned that PDG had THEIR OWN LAWYERS tell them that the CVG had a tenuous at best (and illegal at worst) hold on Las Cristinas. They were told NOT to get involved but they decided to ignore their lawyers' advice because they got 'assurances' from corrupt CVG reps who told them not to worry, they would take care of everything, nudge-nudge wink-wink. They made their bed, now let them sleep in it. PDG as victim. HAH! It is to laugh.

BTW, Mike Campagna over on SH just heard from Nesbitt-Burns that the CBRS had downgraded PDG to NEGATIVE. Poor sad victims.
