From this Yahoo post "Pair Gain is the only product we have found
which could be economically deployed in a low density market"

If you read carefully what they write, means that PairGain is also
economically to deploy in the Russian adventure. So maybe the Pair
competition will have a hard time to be cost effective, considering
that Pair has the Falcon (FALCON=>LOW POWER=>Lower energy cost)
