If I worked in a prison or nursing home, I'd be happy with vaccination. Maybe I'd take the cocktail if in addition I had someone at high risk at home. If the cocktail is offered to the very elderly inhabitants of prisons and nursing homes, then I don't see why it shouldn't be offered to the immuno-compromised outside those places.
