Of course he should have been vaccinated. But at this point we should encourage all forms of immunity including natural especially where people have low risk factors. There's very good data on risk factors now and fear/anxiety is equal to obesity oddly enough. Neanderthal gene is actually greater at 1.6 vs 1.3 for the previous two. So again you can find out if you're higher risk.

I'm not saying this is trivial, many are suffering from long haul and many died that didn't need to, but at this point deaths still not spiking higher

I think natural immunity will prove most durable LT for the majority of healthy Americans. Again vaccine is a great option, but virus will find a way around as it already has.
